Our Program is for anyone looking to improve their performance in the CrossFit Open.  Our program ONLY uses CrossFit open movements in our workouts.  However...let's dive a little deeper into that. 

You might be wondering, does that mean our only strength moves are the strength moves from the open? NO! But it does mean we won't be doing a 1-rep max bench press, since bench press has never been in the open.  We will be including strength moves from any CrossFit Open move (i.e.: snatches, clean and jerks, squats, etc.).  

Additionally, we will be including extra accessory work.  Our accessory work includes any movement, so that is where things like rope climbs, GHDSU, sandbag movements, and others will be included.  

You might also say, well doesn't the open add a new move almost every year?  Yes, but let's look at this past year, the new movements were  burpee pull-ups and shuttle runs.  Everyone who has done the open previously has done a burpee and a pull-up.  You've also likely either done shuttle runs whether that's just to warm-up or in an actual workout.  Our thinking is that the fitness you create through this program will carry over into any new move CrossFit HQ might throw at us.
